Is there any way to masturbate to solve a horny period when you can't have sex with your partner?

This is gonna sound gross, but I'm gross and we're in the tmi section. But I would clean up best I could on the toilet and then go to bed with a kleenex or toilet paper wrapped around my fingers and rub my clit. I have done vaginal stimulation in the shower on my period but personally I find it less pleasant. I'm too sore in there to enjoy it that way.

you can still finger yourself if you please.  try doing it in the shower.  I use the bath faucet and have running water hit my clit and it feels amazing.  you can also use a detachable shower head.
