So I am not expecting my period for 11 days and I had sex on the 6th for a couple days I've been feeling weird but now I'm cramping heavy and my lower back is hurting soo bad, what should I do? Or what do you think?

Since your 11 days from af, what you are feeling could be ovulation pains

The only thing you can really do at this point is wait until af is due and then test if your period doesn't start. If  you're due in 11 days then chances are that it is way too early for you to really have symptoms
