Irregular after Birth control?

Wondering how long it took for your cycles to regulate after going off birth control? Did you do anything to help get your cycles back on track? If so, what???

I was on it for 7 years and it took me a little over 6 months before falling into a regular cycle of about 30-33 days.

This happened to me. I took BC for about 3 years and I've been off for about 4 years now. My cycles were super regular before I started taking them. Every cycle was 28 days, like clockwork. After I stopped, my cycles were anywhere from 20 days to 30+ days. My periods lasting anywhere from 3 to 7 days. The only thing I know that helps is time. My cycles still aren't as regular as they were but are a lot more predictable now that time has passed. Just try to keep pads or tampons handy just in case it sneaks up on you. It gets better.

I took birth control for about 7 years stopped last December and mine have been all over the board!!! Ranging from 23-45 days very frustrating g my OB has put me on Prometrium (progesterone) to try and correct this problem. We have been TTC for 6 months with no luck on top of it all!!!

I was on for be (nuva ring) for 10 years. Got off in January. I was regular until August when it just disappeared. Doctor put me on progesterone to kick start my flow.
