New Speed Limit Rules

Poll Question: On average, how much do you typically go over the speed limit? Assuming we are talking about bigger roads/highways/interstate. Not schools, residential neighborhoods, etc.

Comment question: In North Carolina, USA there has been a new campaign stating that going even ONE over will earn you a ticket now. The reason being is because "people now feel that you won't get a ticket as long as you don't go TOO much over the speed limit" but "the speed posted is that speed for a reason". Do you feel as if you should get a ticket for going a few mph hour? Or is that way too picky? (With the exception of passing)
