Ive just found out im 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant, I have an ultrasound today (not for pregnancy) to check for appendicitis etc as ive been having problems, Ultrasound was booked before i knew i was pregnant, anyway..is it possible to see a tiny sac on the ultrasound or wouldnt anything be there?
