Blood test tomorrow

We did our first round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, and my blood test is tomorrow. Silly question- but do you get the results right away? I don't want to make DH sit there for a blood draw (not that he minds at all) if we won't get results until later.

It has taken every ounce of self control to not take an HPT. It's weird- I have NO symptoms, like not even PMS symptoms. I always get sore boobs and spotting before AF. As of this morning, my BBT was still elevated, so I guess there's still a chance I could get a BFP?
