I know there is probably a broad spectrum of autism but sometimes I really wonder about my son. It worries me to have him evaluated because I'm afraid he is just being a crazy toddler and I'm thinking too much of things. Here is the thing... He has no fear and it's very hard to get his attention. He will run off a lot and not look back. He sometimes fixates on things like light up shoes and he will lay on the ground to look at them, and a lot of other things. He is severely speech delayed as well. He loves playing with other kids and makes great eye contact with others, not always though.  Should I have him evaluated based off of these few points?
