I've been on nuva ring since October & my symptoms have been all over the place. At the beginning of March I had sex using withdrawal method while having my nuva ring in & now a week before I am to remove the ring for my ring week free I've been having random cramps , constipation, bloating & sore boobs... Is this pms or should I be worried????? Please someone respond I'm freaking out :(
