I think i took too much midol.

So my cramps are normally pretty bad and today i had a horrible headache as well. Rather than take 2 midol pills and then 2 excedrin, i took 3 of the midol. I feel like my heart is pounding and racing when im moving, im  shaky, my stomach is a little upset. If im standing i feel like i need sit. Its been about 4 and a half hours now. Ive eaten twice since taking it and it hasnt done anything to calm my symptons down.
