Is there a way to regulate your periods?? I've had maybe four periods since I got off Depo LAST year this month. I've had one every month consistently for the past four. The first one started the 10th, then the 13th, then the 23rd, then the 18th, now I'm just starting to get cramps. It blows my mind that some girls are like "my period will be here in two days" and it actually is!!! What am I doing wrong?? 😂
