Dannon Light and fit Greek yogurt safe???

Question

It's ingredients only say cultures grade a non fat milk! Only ate a half a spoon full then freaked out! Wondering why it doesn't say pasteurize on it???? Help please

My allergist recommended me taking a supplement of the cultures when I get pregnant about 4 years ago to attempt to prevent my child from becoming nsaid intolerant like I did. So I imagine the cultures are safe and I would assume it's pasteurized because most "normal" yogurts are.

Cultures are great! That's the probiotic part. Excellent for you and for baby. I would suggest watching out for the sugar amounts though. Lots of people get plain yogurt and add their own berries and honey instead!

The only thing I'd worry about is the artificial sweeteners. Don't feel bad though! It's nearly impossible to follow all the "rules". I've been eating pretty much whatever I want and so far have had a completely healthy pregnancy.
