Someone please help me I don't know what to do, I was prescribed 600mg ibuprofen by my obgyn for my bad cramps, I took some today and it didn't help at all, I took a hydro an hour ago didn't help, I've used a heating pad, and even got a professional massage today, I just got out of the shower and my lower back and cramps are still killing me to the point where I'm about to cry, someone please help.
