I just wanna know what's the healthiest 1

I use pads unless I'm wearing tight pants or swimming

Pads are quite heather because there is less of a chance of infection and help your period go away faster because of drainage.. But you can say no to tampons when it comes to leggings. I use organic tampons because they don't have any chemicals or plastics in them that could cause cramping or infection due to allergy that you didn't know about...

I use pads (I'm not allowed to use tampons). And from my experience I think pads are good . I'm just afraid of using tampons becuz I'm scared if it gets stuck in me 😂 like maybe you sat for so long and the string went inside .... How would you be able to get it out ? Anyways idk that's just my opinion . Hope I helped 😄

Well neither...honestly I'm planning onswitching to the Diva cup soon. Tampons are not safe and pads are kinda gross...
