Arouse your clitoris as he's doing it. We have a few times in spooning position but I'm always in total control.

Start with your SO using a finger at a time to stretch it out a little bit, make sure you're in a comfortable position, self stimulation usually makes it a little easier as well when he is going in. Don't force anything and try and relax. That's all I got ;)

For some reason to me just having the head or tip in hurts MUCH more. Like even though it hurts I urge him to just slide it in further then sit there for a second. First time we did it I took like 6 to 8 shots of liquor first and wasn't pregnant. LOL that helped ALOT!!
