Do you ever have sex more then once a day (especially during fertile werk) ? Good or bad?

No! Once every other day having sex to often can lower the sperm count it takes 3 months to fill the whole testicle of healthy sperm, plus we both work we'd be exhausted haha

We has sex some days more than once a day during the fertile window and I still got pregnant. Every person is different. If Sperm counts and fluids are in the normal range or higher it should be fine. If not then once a day or every other day is better to build up his sperm count.
