Ok, listen, you cannot, and I repeat cannot,  be pregnant at 17 weeks and not see a fetus. It is IMPOSSIBLE. Please see a doctor, seek some help, you're obviously having an issue accepting reality.

It's all in your head. You're not pregnant. You just want to be so bad that your mind actually believes yiu are. Now please. Go get help. There is no way a dr would miss a 17 week old fetus on any ultrasound, even if you were miscarrying. You woukd still see it

But to answer the question, I'm really sorry but it's improbable that you're pregnant. It's not fair. I know.
