When is my bump a bump and not bloat?

This is my first baby. I'm 13 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I usually have a completely flat stomach  and this is what I've looked like every day since about 9 weeks. When will I know it's not bloat anymore and when it is a bump?

A bump will feel hard to the touch bloat feels like bloat lol. I'm 13+2 and the top half of my stomach is all hard but the very bottom is still mostly bloat.

How do you look when you wake up first thing? I can see my bump in the morning. By the afternoon it's all bloat
