Is sex safe at 6 weeks pregnant. I had my first ultrasound today and saw the heartbeat so I was hesitant but my partner is sexually frustrated bc I'm so paranoid but I gave in today. Now I've been having pain down there. Is it safe to have sex at 6 weeks and during the 1st trimester? Has anyone had sex their pregnancy and had a healthy baby without miscarriage?
