You have to be relaxed so just sit back and find the hole and don't go up but go like towards your back and it should work

Don't try and ram it inside you. I don't use them any more as I feel they make my cramps worse but I used to rub the end of it round a bit so it was a bit wet and it was easier to put inside.
If you are struggling just use a pad for now but try again every so often and you'll get the hang of it. Don't try when you're in a rush to get out somewhere just take your time
