So I have this kinda yellow discharge with a funny smel for like a week after my period I'm only 13 but what should I do?

Normally I just talk about periods and sexual stuff with my best friend cuz she's the only person who won't make me feel awkward but I can't go to the doctors alone. I would go to the doctor it could be a mild infection. Like bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection. They are quite common
