Weight Gain
I'm extremely lucky in that I've never been big and don't have to do much to keep my figure. I'm a second time mom, and with my first I never worried about gaining weight. I knew that's what I was supposed to do and I would have a healthy baby for it. Well, I had horrible morning sickness that lasted my entire pregnancy. I lost twenty pounds, but my belly was perfect. Tight, taunt, not too big. I was actually sad to see it go and never really got uncomfortable.
Now this time around, I'm terrified of gaining weight. I don't know where my other mentality went. This time I'm happy I don't see the scale rising. I think about later when weight gain will likely be inevitable (I'm 5'2 and 120 lbs) and I get anxiety attacks. I'm so grateful for this pregnancy and have wanted this pregnancy for a while, but when I think of the weight gain I don't want to be pregnant anymore. I don't know what's wrong or who to see about this. I've never had an eating disorder or body image problem before. I eat fine and don't withhold food or cravings from myself.
