The doc is informative but is a little rushed and seems more like a introvert. The nurses are friendly and gentle, but I'm concerned because after they ORDERED AND ME taking dye test and (blood) ovarian reserve test, cycle of Clomid, trigger shot and progesterone and not getting pregnant I called to try again. BUT the secretary told me to pay the network my old balance from like 6 years ago first to continue. BUT why let me do all that then discontinue with treatment for something that was on my record from 6 years earlier ? This is a emotional time and should be dealt with different.

The entire staff was great to work with, the nurses answered all questions clearly and thoroughly. They were always very quick with calls regarding test results.

Nurses were amazing! They called quickly for lab results and exam follow ups. Gave detailed discharge instructions after each appt. Dr Carnovale was very knowledgeable and patient.

Have been undergoing IVF. Single doctor with fabulous staff. Everything easily explained. Easy to get a hold of to ask questions. Only negative is one cycle per month so if do not meet the cutoff for start date must wait until next month.
