The service and individual care was top notch. Every single person knew my husband and I by name the moment we walked in the door. No other clinic I have been to has ever come close to the care they provide.

We loved Dr. Brabec. Her bedside manner is exactly what you want when going through IVF. Everyone at the clinic is incredibly kind and supportive. They always try to make it a pleasant experience (for something as unpleasant as IVF can be).

This isn’t where i ended up pregnant. I switched RE’s after 5 months. There was zero follow up. They didn’t even call us after we just stopped going back. It was disappointing. We spend a lot of money, emotion, and energy on trying to get pregnant, and we are herded through like cattle. Zero personalization. And you see a different nurse every appt. No one really knows you. The front office staff was the only reason we continued there as long as we did. They were so so loving and friendly. I don’t usually do bad reviews. But I know how hard this process is. And if you’re looking for more than the basic, this probably isn’t where you wanna go...

Experience varied widely from very helpful staff who were friendly, informative, etc. to staff who made a variety of mistakes with submitting to my insurance that caused incredible headache and stress with the insurance company. Communication seemed to be lacking sometimes between staff.

Both doctors in the clinic treated me throughout our journey. Both doctors were exceptional. I will say that I had to have special attention in other departments of the hospital and was overly surprised to see Dr. Phipps check-in with each appointment, outside of his work capacity. This really shows a doctor cares and wants to ensure your care is the best it can be.
