I had unexplained infertility, mainly die to being older (age 39) when we started. We planned to bank embryos so we could have multiple children - and the Glow Fertility team helped us understand that we should plan emotionally and financially for multiple rounds of IVF treatment. We planned for 3 treatments to get 4 PGS normal embryos in the bank. It took 5 rounds instead, so a bit more $$ impact. But we got there and the first implant took and we gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl in Sep 2019. The FSMG team are amazing and supportive and the Glow fertility partnership helps the budget $ a bit with a discount. Highly recommend the team!

We were treated by Dr Mass and our second IUI was performed by Dr Shelly. Both were amazing and thorough. Also we love the nursing staff, especially at the Carlsbad location. Jessica and Erica were with us from the beginning and answered any questions we had even after hours through email.

My overall experience was great! They are able to see me early in the morning and worked around my work schedule. I can always call and email the staff/doctor and they would always get back to me within the hour. My doctor was amazing and was very detailed about the procedures and steps to take. The financial department was helpful but can be confusing at times. The whole insurance claim and personal finance are confusing to many and I can see this area being stressful. We were fortunate enough to be able to finance our procedures and have insurance that pays for a good portion of the procedure. Wait time never exceeded 15 minutes. Most of the nurses were amazing and really cared for you. They make it a point to remember your name and follow up with you. Overall, I would highly recommend FSMG.

We worked with Dr. Shelly and she was amazing! She did not sugarcoat things for us but we felt very comfortable and optimistic with her. She also got us pregnant on the first try! In addition the staff at the clinic is very helpful and it runs very efficiently. It felt very private and then I always felt like we had their full attention. The costs were laid out upfront and there were no surprises. The whole process was very transparent and I felt well taken care of from start to finish.
