I contacted several IVF packaging companies and WIN Fertility was BY FAR the most patient-centered, caring company. All the other companies were simply throwing your information into a calculator and in fact were able to save us close to nothing by bundling. When I called WIN Fertility, expecting just the same, I was unprepared for the individualized attention I got, and the customer service rep was so kind and really spent the time to help me get the best deal possible. She went through every single medication on the phone with me and told me whether I should get it myself through insurance or through the WIN packaging to save the most money. When I realized that this method was going to save me thousands of dollars compared to all the other places I talked to, I literally cried on the phone I was so grateful. It was the first time dealing with IVF funding places that I felt genuinely taken care of. I can't recommend them highly enough.
