Love them! They are all natural and the only vitamin I've ever taken that doesn't upset my stomach, even if I take them on an empty stomach.

I love these! They don't make my stomach upset or anything. No negative side effects whatsoever because these are food based, 100% natural and 100% vegan. I'm not even vegan and I think that the fact that these are vegan is great. I know they are not going to hurt me at all.

I love them.. I convinced taking these and nothing else my last pregnancy I'm doing the Organic ones I like them I just don't like taking 4 a day I have a week left on these my next bottle will be the regular ones like I had last time. my favorite💜💖

I'm taking the 35+ version and they give me headaches. I never get headaches... but I do about an hour after taking one of these.

i had to stop taking these vitamins, they were the cause of my headaches everyday. ive been off of them for 4 weeks now and i feel good again. on a happier note they helped my hair grow really fast. haha

First prenatal vitamin I've ever taken that doesn't make my stomach upset without food. But, be sure to take it will a full glass of water and I take it at night by my dr's recommendation for all vitamins. (Bonus: my nails have gotten so much string since I started taking this!)

These are the only prenatal vitamins I would ever recommend. My SO is very educated in nutrition and this is the vitamin brand he chose for me to use while we are TTC. From what he has taught me these are whole food based instead of synthetic like most vitamins you find. These are high quality and I really do notice a huge difference taking them. I love Rainbow Light!

I love that they don't hurt my stomach. They do make you pee neon but most do that. I wish they were a bit smaller but vitamins are always this way. Plant based is great.

Used another brand of prenatal but they killed my stomach. These do not do that. Have no complaints other than it making my urine neon. Which is just weird but oh well. I'll deal with that.

These were fine except for when my nausea/morning sickness kicked in. They are a little large, but I liked their natural ingredients.

I love these vitamins. I've been on them for 5 months now and I've noticed my nails getting stronger and my hair grew incredibly fast. My only issue is that it has given me an upset stomach in the past when I took it without food. Now I only take it before bed. Doesn't seem like a lot of other people had the same problem though so it might just be me.

I have only used these 2 days now. After researching they seemed to be great. They are good so far. We are hoping to ttc starting next month and I heard that is is good to start taking prenatal a few months before.

After trying many brands, I found Rainbow Light to be the best! A truly natural plant-derived prenatal! This is the only vitamin that doesn't cause stomach problems for me and helped me overcome iron deficiency. I love Rainbow Light! 🌈
