Glow Premium is a package of all of the premium features listed below, available via a monthly, yearly or lifetime subscription.

Do I have to pay to use Eve, Glow, Nurture or Glow Baby now?

No, no, no! All our current features that are free will stay free. We are not charging for the wonderful free apps you use and enjoy today. And we're going to continue to add new free features!

Premium is completely optional. It's a way to enhance your Glow experience!

Which apps offer Glow Premium?

Your Glow Premium subscription will grant you access to Premium features from on all Glow apps--from period to parenting! 

How much does Glow Premium cost?

We offer Glow Premium in three different subscription models.

Yearly Model: $48 ($3.99/month *12 months). You will be subscribed for the whole year and the $48 is billed once per year. 

Monthly Model: $7.99/month. You will be charged month-to-month

Lifetime Model: $59.99 charged once, will give you access to Glow premium across the Glow apps (Baby, Nurture, Glow, Eve).

Can I try Glow Premium for free?

Yes! All Glow app users can try Premium for free for 14 days*! You can click the purple Premium crown icon from your "Home" page to be taken to Premium page. Or go to your Me (iOS) or More (Android) page and click "Try Glow Premium for FREE!."

Our premium trial is associated with the yearly subscription model.  If you love your premium experience, your account will be auto-subscribed to the annual subscription at the end of your free trial**. Your account will be charge the $48 dollar annual cost at one time (~$3.99/month *12 months). 

*Only one trial per user. If you attempt to sign up for a second trial on another account, the Playstore/iTunes will automatically charge you for the annual subscription.

**Please note that the Google Play Store/iTunes will charge you 24 hours before the end of your 14 day trial. If you do not wish to be charged, please remember to cancel before your 14 day trial expires. 

 

 

What happens at the end of my free trial of Glow Premium?

If you like what you see, you'll be auto-subscribed to the annual Premium subscription ($3.99/month) at the end of your free trial.

If you'd prefer not to subscribe, cancel your free trial before the 30 days are up by navigating to your Me page > Settings. Clicking your Subscription status will open up your Subscription settings in iTunes. Tap on the subscription and then toggle off "Automatic Renewal" to cancel. 

Note: Free trial is NOT available on Android.

I upgraded to Glow Premium, how do I get started?

We're excited you're trying Glow Premium! There are a lot of new features to take advantage and we've outlined how to access them below:
  • Premium Articles: To access all of the premium articles on Glow, Nurture and Baby, head to the Home tab and scroll to select "Read all". You will be brought to a library of all the Premium articles. In Eve, Articles come in the form of a new Daily Gem called "Fact or Fiction". You'll get a new one each day!
  • Comparative insights: To trigger a comparative insight, just complete your log! Logging symptoms in Eve, Glow and Nurture will definitely trigger one, as will logging feeding, sleeping or diaper changes in Baby.  The app will show you how you compare to other Glow women or how your baby compares to other Glow babies!
  • Customized profile: Head to your Community Profile and tap "Edit profile". You'll be able to upload a custom banner and add a URL to your profile! Then, when you make a post, it'll be super fancy :) Community members with customized profiles get significantly more Profile views--it's a great way to stand out!
  • Chat: Head to the Community tab and browse around! Once you find someone you'd like to chat with, click the "Chat" button right next to their name and send them a Chat request! 
  • Additional Caregivers*: You and your partner can both use Baby for free, but now that you're subscribed to Premium you can have 3+ caregivers for each baby! To add another caregiver to your baby's profile head to your More page and tap "Edit profile." Then select "Add caregiver."

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

To change your Premium subscription, navigate to your Me page (iOS) or More page (Android) > Settings and click on your Premium account status. 

Google Play Store Users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store .Google Play
  2. Tap Menu Menuand thenAccountand thenSubscriptions.
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel. 
  4. Tap Cancel

iTunes/iOS Users:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

To view your subscriptions, tap this link: View my subscriptions. Or follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  6. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

To cancel your Premium subscription, navigate to your Me page > Settings and click on your Premium account status. This will open up your Subscription settings in iTunes or the Google Play Store.

Within iTunes, tap on the Glow subscription and then tap the "Automatic Renewal" toggle to cancel.  

Within the Google Play Store, tap on the Glow subscription and then click Cancel Subscription.

Can I get a refund for my Premium subscription?

Your past payments are nonrefundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal at anytime.

To cancel, navigate to your Me page > Settings and click on your Premium account status. This will open up your Subscription settings in iTunes or the Google Play Store. 
  • Within iTunes, tap on the Glow subscription and then tap the "Automatic Renewal" toggle to cancel.  
  • Within the Google Play Store, tap on the Glow subscription and then click Cancel Subscription.

If I upgrade to Glow Premium, does my partner get Premium too?

Your data will share and sync regardless of your partner's status as a Premium user. However, if they would like to access premium features such as comparative insights and our extended premium article library, they will need to upgrade their account as well. 

Subscription sharing is not currently available via Apple's Family Sharing feature since iOS isn't set up to share in-app purchases. You can read more about that here.

Do I need to have Glow Premium to connect with my partner on Glow Baby?

No. All Glow Baby users can connect with one caregiver for free. If you would like to connect with more caregivers, you can do so by upgrading to Glow Premium!

How can I chat with other people?

Chat is available to all users, but at least one user must be Premium for a conversation to take place.

To initiate a chat, click on the name of the user you'd like to chat with and click the "Chat" button at the top of their profile. If you're looking for people to chat with, check out your Discover page to see people recommended just for you!

If you're not a Premium user and are eager to start chatting, try a free trial of Premium so you can kick off a convo with anyone! Otherwise, you'll only be able to initiate chat with Premium users.

How do I turn off chat?

To turn off Chat, navigate to your Community profile (the circular profile image at the top left of your Community page), click the "Edit Profile" button on the upper right, scroll to the bottom and toggle on "Turn off Chat."

How do I block someone from chatting with me?

To block someone you've met in the Community, click on their name to pull up their Community Profile, click the little down arrow next to the "Follow" button and then select "Block."

If you'd like to block someone from within a Chat message, click the "..." icon to the right of their name and click "Block this user."

If someone is spamming me or being inappropriate in chat, how can I report them?

You can report a severely inappropriate chat conversation to the Glow Community admins by clicking the "..." icon on the top right corner of your chat conversation, selecting "Report this user" and selecting the reason for the report. We highly recommend blocking the user as well, if you'd like to discontinue any form of contact with them.

I'm getting too many chat requests, but I don't want to turn off chat. What should I do?

You may be getting an influx of chat requests from users finding you on the Discover page. To remove yourself from the Discover page, navigate to your Community profile (the circular profile image at the top left of your Community page), click the "Edit Profile" button on the upper right, scroll to the bottom and toggle on "Hide from discovery". Note: users may still discover you via your Community posts and comments. If you decide you don't want to participate in Chat in any form, toggle on "Turn off Chat" as well.

How do I prevent my profile from showing up on the Discover page?

By default, your Community Profile will be discoverable via the Discover page in the Community. To remove yourself from the Discover page, navigate to your Community profile (the circular profile image at the top left of your Community page), click the "Edit Profile" button on the upper right, scroll to the bottom and toggle on "Hide from discovery". Note: users may still discover you via your Community posts and comments. If you don't want to participate in Chat in any form, toggle on "Turn off Chat" as well.

What are Glow Premium Rewards?

Premium Rewards is a Glow Premium feature that lets you access exclusive coupons and deals from top brands. Use it to its full advantage!
 

How do I access and redeem my Premium Rewards?

To access rewards, navigate to Me (bottom right corner of app menu) and click “My Premium” at the top of the menu, then on “My Premium Rewards” to see the list of all deals.

To redeem rewards, click on “Copy code & open site” and have fun shopping! The deal will be automatically applied at checkout.
