Refunds & Returns

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

  • At Glow, we’re committed to delivering quality products that you’ll love. Due to the medical and hygiene nature of many of Glow-branded products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Our cancellation policies can differ based on the source of each item. Some items in our shop may be offered to you as a subscription, some may have a stricter final sales policy, and some may accept returns under certain conditions. So it is important to review the cancellation policies for the products you’re purchasing.
  • When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription, then you can cancel it at any time. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can also do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there.
  • If you experience an issue with your Glow products, such as receiving a defective product or encountering a malfunction during the warranty period, please follow the process for Warranty & Defects below. For anything unexpected, our support team is here to help—reach out at support@glowing.com.

Warranty

Warranty Period

  • For the Glow Smart Breast Pump, it is covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing faults, starting from the date you placed your order.
  • For other Glow-branded products or non-Glow products within the Glow Shop, please refer to the warranty policy within the packaging or product detail page for the products you’re purchasing.

Warranty Coverage

  • Generally, our warranty applies to normal wear and tear resulting from proper use, as outlined in the user manual. For example, the Glow Smart Breast Pump covers the motor parts of the wearable pump only.
  • Warranty generally does NOT cover:
    • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, rough handling, or negligence.
    • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
    • Liquid damage, including water or milk infiltration into the motor.
    • Damage to accessories.
    • Claims without valid proof of purchase.
