Does this look normal for a 20 week scan?

I had my anatomy scan and my doctor says everything is fine and looks good but something just looks off to me with his hands and arms we couldn’t see his fingers cause his hands were clenched the entire time

I will be calling my doctor first thing tmw morning to ask but it’s 1:30am now & I can’t sleep this was my first ultrasound & appointment and what is that white spot on the top of my babies head???? Is this normal I’m freaking out ultrasound or doctor didn’t mention any cause for concern but that just doesn’t look normal

I cannot get it out of my head that there’s 2 babies. Like that’s all I think about I just already know that there are 2!!!What do you think.. I go back on Friday for another one so we will hopefully see better!!

So the sonographer said this is a possible gestational sac. Keep in mind i have a tilted uterus and it didnt hit me to tell her. Measuring about 5 weeks, so i know it could be too early to see anything else as every pregnancyand person is different. Does this look like a sac ?

Baby was very active so it was very hard to tell if baby was a boy or girl but she had a idea what the baby could be and told us we will probably know 100% if she’s a boy or girl next appointment🩵🩷

Went for ultrasound today there saying there's only one but isn't my uterus awfully big I'm only 7 weeks first pic is my pregnancy now at 7 weeks second pic is my last pregnancy at 10 weeks

25 weeks today and I am so ready for my baby to be here they want to do an early induction and February but Daddy and I think that it would be better to transfer clinic and get another opinion as opposed to giving birth at 35 weeks if not medically necessary
