My ex had never lived with me and the kids… he lives across the country. We’re in Maryland he’s in Kansas.

Years ago, 6 years ago gave both my kids a kindle to Skype from… it lagged cut out. Didn’t work. So I had them use my iPhone.

The last three years I bought used old iPhones, they only worked on Wi-Fi. No phone plan. But they could FT their dad.

My ex has sued me the 4th time now, it’s insane. He’s never lived with them or then been in the same state and it’s not 10k back on child support..

In the last week my daughters IPhone 5! Died lol it’s 2022, I’m stoked it survived this long…

Anyway I wanted a phone that could call and contact outside of Wi-Fi cause my daughter if about to be 11…

The state gave us a Motorola phone. It lags, doesn’t do videos or games BUT makes calls and texts no matter where the kids are!

Since my daughters phone broke, I asked my ex him to FT my phone.

My daughter texted him, called him. Told him this . He responded

Ok.

He then texted me every normal night they would talk.. “where and how do I reach my kids?

He knows he can call my phone

Via FT or text call the kids..

It’s like he’s trying to make a narrative.

I have made an email account just for any communication about the kids, he refuses to use,

I made this account because abuse. I’m trying to make it about the kids… that’s the only reason we need to talk. And he’s a gaslighter, manipulator. I had to make the account.

He refuses to use it.

I emailed, saying hey, you have more access to the kids lord than ever! You can text and call when ever you want.. it’s not an iPhone… even before he could text, call or FT when ever he wanted as long as we were home.

Some how… because her phone isn’t working, he’s texting me in a “narrative”.

I know he’s just writing it for court purposes.

He married a doctor and I love her! She’s the best! Thank god for her or I would never feel comfortable with the 7 weeks they spend away…

But I don’t know how to make this stop.

I told court and they made it clear to the judge the abuse…

Regardless… it doesn’t stop.

I do not respond… directly. I have my mom, brother and therapist read his emails and pick out what is important, that I need to know for our kids.

The other 10 paragraphs are demeaning. Even though I raised two kids on my own while he ran away and went to Colorado and Florida.. I paid for my own engagement ring lol I was an idiot!

But now… I don’t know how to make it stop. I know it won’t stop. So how do I handle??

Especially living alive 10 years, raising the babies and him suing me over and over.

I makes no sense! 😩 any kind words, please help!

Just sucks so bad because because I feel like he won. Just put me in a corner. There nothing I can do right. I hope to GOD the court saw and will see… this is the fourth go around (after he married money) I know he’s posting up for another.

My mom keeps saying there’s no way… lol this man hid his finances for 6 years… he got caught up in the last go around,20,000 to 140,000k and he only responded to the discover THAT MORNING of court.

It’s all about money to him. Ask him what Jordy East with her eggs Ana what Joe does???

In 2014 I stupidly agreed to lower child support 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️because he lived away and he was in school to make money for the kids and has to fly here to see the kids

But he never came! 2 years!

I was niece and dumb (his wife now I love but think she’s being naïve too)

After he disappeared, didn’t pay the lowered child support or come see the kids .. I filed a modification…

That’s when he sued me.

He didn’t win. Nothing changed.

So he sued me again. Same thing… sued me AGAIN.

The only reason I imagine he can keep doing this money…

I’m 20k debt to a lawyer… he won’t even pay what he owes on CS but a lawyer for him, no problem.
