Here is what's been going on

I am on the nexplanon been on it for about 3 years March 30th it was due out but I got it replaced March 11 to get it done and over with.

So during the month of January I was nausea all month,some smells I couldn't stand and I couldn't even sit with out having to move because my lower back would start hurting. Also I chew (ik not lady like but daddy had to pick one of us 3 girls to be his little boy lmao) but I couldn't even put a chew in without almost getting sick January 22 I stared my period. (No biggie) but it was my regular period I had before I got my nexplanon. It lasted for 7 days exactly like it used too. So about 3 years in with nexplanon my period is Normal?! So that was odd two me.

Then February came I was feeling better. I missed my period for the first time on the nexplanon.and I had heavy clear discharge. I would go to the bathroom thinking oh my period started because I felt so wet but no it was just a good bit of discharge. I'm 22 days late for my period now.

I had unprotected sex (always have since I got the nexplanon and I only have sex with my hubby so I don't have to worry about disease or anything) but I did notice exactly 10-12 days after we had sex I had very light spotting only when I would wipe and it was a very light pink.

And I been having flutter like thuds in my lower abdomen here and there and some pain around my belly button here and there.

March 11 came and I whent to go get a new nexplanon put in and they had me to take a pregnancy test it came out negative ( I asked about why I had to take the test because it wasn't due out yet. She said she had some girls come in for a new nexplanon and then she had to turn around and take it right back out because they were pregnant. )

March 11 and 12 I had some light spotting so I just say that was from my new nexplanon.

Now for the past two days I have been nauseous with heavy Fuller like boobs. I am constantly tired. I am Normally an early morning person. Last week I got up at 7 thought I'd go ahead and stay up but I couldn't even hold my eyes open...by 1-2 pm I'm ready to go back to bed and I can't seem to catch my breath all the things I do everyday is a workout to me now 😐. My vision is more blurry two with headaches.

I never had any problem on the nexplanon untill the last 3 months

I just need some advice and thoughts.

Anyone else experience what I'm goin through on the nexplanon?

What would you do if you was in my shoes?

Should I take another test?

(I know nexplanon is 99.9 % effective but you still have that 1% chance. I know some people have got pregnant on it before though)
