I hope everyone I having a great summer.This will be my second pregnancy and I want to make sure I do everything I can right. I did this in my first pregnancy and sadly even nature just gave me a big fat no not yet 😞 My doctor said it was a normal chemical pregnancy. However I need to know that I'm doing everything I can for my second baby. Last time I didn't have you guys now I do😄❤ So if you ladies would be so kind as to help me with these questions I have I would ever be so greatfull❤

Are these herbs and spices safe for pregnancy for cooking thyme, garlic, paprika, cumin, and cardamom? My last pregnancy all I seasoned with was salt, pepper and garlic 🤣 I need more flavor safely.

How long can I stand during the first and second trimester? During my last pregnancy I only stood or walked for about 30 mins to 15 mins.

Is it wrong to lay down a long time during the first and second trimester? During my first pregnancy my doctor told me to take it easy and relax may down and sit as much as I needed not to push myself. I did this.

How do you handle anxiety? I had really bad anxiety that I couldn't control. I tried so hard to control my emotions but it was impossible especially the anxiety. I would have anxiety for no reason whatsoever and it would take awhile for me to get back to normal. I told my doctor he said he really couldn't do anything about it. How did you ladies handle this? I generally was good at keeping my stress levels down just all the sudden wham outta nowhere.

What juices or herbal infusions are safe? I generally stayed away from the herbal stuff my last pregnancy 😅 Now I would like to try and widen my horizon.

I'm the need to be in control and prepared person. I'm asking these questions to give my self less anxiety and enjoy everything without having to cut everything out like last time. I'm so new at this but so careful. I just need someone to tell me so many things 😓 Pregnancy books I have read a couple but they just don't really seem to be enough and my Doctor 😒 Sometimes I just want to slap him Thank you ladies so much for reading ❤Sorry if I wasted you time or anything.
