This is a hand out I got from my MU I'm sure things will be different allover but I wouldn't suggest cancelling appointments unless you think you have the virus in which case you would cancel for the sake of others.

People are worried about their appointments being cancelled on Facebook groups I am in, this is a possibility but as of now this is what my local hospital has suggested will take place to limit the virus and it's ability to infect the pregnant women.

At the moment all we can do is wait and see what the government suggests please avoid news outlets get your information from the who or nhs, lots of people are making money out of the virus. There are things being put in place for if you are having to self isolate, Tescos delivery is avaliable to the infected as long as you disclose this. You can find out if other supermarkets are still allowing infected to deliver this means you do not have to go and panic buy from the local shops. Please do not contribute to this as there are lots of elderly who cannot get out so much and are going to the supermarkets to find there is nothing in stock.

The elderly are the most at risk group to coronavirus so try not to worry about yourself. Follow the who's advice of washing your hands thoroughly with soap and using antibacterial wipes and sanitised whenever you can.
