Fibroids 😫

Hello everyone. I just wanted to see if there were anyone who have dealt with fibroids before becoming pregnant. I am 29 years old and have been ttc since December 2016. I found out in June of 2017 that I have huge fibroids that need to be removed before I am able to safely conceive. I have undergone two hysterscopic myoma in order to take care of my issue. I am now potentially facing a third time doing this same procedure due to not being able to fully remove the fibroid during my second procedure. I was told that if a third time won’t do the trick, they would have to do a more invasive procedure and make an incision through my uterine lining. I feel extremely frustrated because I am beginning to lose hope in having a baby. I have been trying to remain optimistic and have been telling myself that I am taking the right steps to rectify this but my anxiety is getting the best of me. My doctors are hopeful that I will be able to conceive naturally once the fibroid issue is taken care of. The only positive thing that has come from these procedures is that my period has gotten a lot better and manageable. If I can receive feedback that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you.

Found out I have fibroids

Is it possible to still conceive and have a healthy pregnancy with fibroids ? I found out on 11/30 that I have uterine fibroids , I didn’t get any more info from the doctor at the ER , waiting for my apt with my Ob/gyn . I had a MC on 9/2 , I’m assuming the fibroids weren’t there then because the doctor never mentioned anything about them before until November .

Hysteroscopy with Lupron?

Has anyone ever had a hysteroscopy with Lupron pre treatment for fibroid removal? If so, were you able to successfully conceive after? I was recently diagnosed and presented with this as an option. I've heard various things about Lupron side effects and want to learn more.

TTC after myomectomy

Hey, I'm currently 6 months post op and my boyfriend and I have decided we want to try for a baby. I'm a little nervous because I've heard mixed stories from women after their myomectomy and conception. Has anyone out there had a myomectomy and if so how was it afterward while trying to conceive. this inquiring mind would love to know

myomectomy fibroids

i had a myomectomy done yesterday n they removed 21 fibroids..n i was told that i only had 3 bur my mri did say ok t was tomany to count .. thank god . my stomach hurts as I expected but i already got up n walked to the bathroom... but i still dnt have an appetite yetUpdate I was reAlly drugged up lol but my periods are better no more big long clots and no more painful cramps. But still no baby 😢😢 and my doc said I shouldn’t have any problems getting pregnant 🤷🏾‍♀️ but two years later still nothing

advice needed..please

i am 34 and kver weight..i went in to see a new dr a month ago to see about getting my fibroids removed via a myomectomy(sp)..dr ran a bunch of test and it came back that i have low iron (duh right) and he doesn't feel like my fibroid should impeed pregnancy..i have had several positive pregnancy tests and then start bleeding..so no myo but hey im a great candidate for a hystorectomy..i dont want a one i want a damn baby. my insurance company does not cover infertility and we could never afford it..how do i convince dr to remove the fibroid..i have one child who is 13..

Long period pls HELP

so I been on my period for 11 days now it’s heavy and it’s to the point where ii gotta change my pad every other hr. im getting worried .. I also been havin blood clots as well :( anyone know or had this issue before my appointment is not til thursday

Found out the reason of 2 MC - fibroid 2,5 cm ! Need some advice 😞

Hello girls ! I just found out why I had 2 MC in a row this year ....I have a 2,5cm fibroid submucosal in my uterus . I am so si sad . I didn't expect...I didn't even know about this before , I never heard ...so I l in shock :( . I will have a IRM in 1 month and after this the doctor will tell me what operation I need to do . Girls with experience please I really need some advice. Can I still have babies after surgery ? My fibroid is considered big ? He told me 22mm but he can't be sure until IRM. Please somebody give me an advice or some happy stories about having babies after fibroid surgery !

Terrible news and losing hope

Yesterday I visited Magee Women's hospital in Pittsburgh to see a fibroid specialist. They read the scans from my MRI and were in complete shock. When they showed me the MRI I immediately started crying. My uterus has upwards of 25-30 fibroid tumors of different sizes. I only found out I had fibroid tumors in August of this year. My husband and I have been TTC for 2 +years and now I finally know why. If they try to remove the tumors, I will not have a uterus left. I can try the Embolization as a temporary fix that will give my husband and I a chance to conceive, but the specialists are not hopeful. The procedure would be more for giving me relief from my hellish periods. My uterus is measuring at 16 weeks pregnant, but I'm only pregnant with tumors, and not the baby we've been praying for for years.

Hi, I'm really new to all of this, but my husband and I have been together for 8 years, married for 2 and been TTC since 1 month before we got married. In the last 6 months we've been to multiple doctors and have found out he has low sperm count, and very recently found large mass fibroid tumors in my uterus. I am being sent to a specialist at Magee Women's in Pittsburgh, PA at the end of the month. Im having trouble finding people who understand because all my best friends were able to start families right away. Please send some good vibes my way ❤ I'll continue to send them yours as well!

Dr finally gave me the ok to start clomid if I don't have any positive opks this month. I have a 7 cm fibroid. Anyone here use clomid with fibroids?

Ttc obgyn attack

Can the Obgyn help you ttc n if they can what tips do they give do they give prescription of any kind or tell you bd this day can they also let you know if you can conceive I'm someone with abnormal periods n fibroids could the abnormal periods come from fibroids ..? I know I'm asking a lot I have many friends with fibroids who conceive perfectly fine 😞 it sucks being me right now

Well I have small uetrine fibroids inside my uterus so the Dr gave me provera before me and hubby try and ttc again we need to get rid of the fibroids its causing me have recurrent miscarriages very heavy period bleeding and bad cramps so prayers for all of us ladies that are ttc

can you take maca,and have firbroid, I have a 2cm one???
