I am so confused, on the 21 of March I inseminated , I got weird symptoms right after I didn’t get any signs of getting my period and than on the 6 of April I got my AF but it’s only last for 2 days I had clots but I usually have it for 6 days it’s weird cause my breast still hurts I am nausea from time to time and my breast are heavy and my nipples change color I am not sure if it was my period or something else , I keep on getting negative but my body still feel different I don’t get it I am 26 years old I really need help I just want to know if I am pregnant or not cause if I am not I could try again please someone answer

Soooo today is Valentine’s Day and it was definitely a night to remember!! I broke down today TTC is so hard.!!!

So today i broke down. Im a lesbian and my gf and i are trying to have a baby. We have a known donor and we are currently doing home insenimation. As much as i want the home insemination to work. As much as i want to have a baby I've been trying for months and all negatives. Then this month i ordered the ovulation kit and the results are all over the place. 😪 One minute it's close to the positive, next min its really far, then it will come back up telling me start preparing. The glow calendar keeps moving my ovu date and I've already been insenimated three times for the month so far. I just feel like i missed my chance to be a mother. I was molested as a child and became pregnant at age 15 by a relative and had an abortion and now i feel like its my karma. Had i known i would have been in this situation years later i would have kept the baby. Now im in this i just felt like i couldn't continue anymore. My bday is December 9th and i already have cranky bdays because i had the abortion 3 days before and i was all alone through that time. Its never a happy time for me. My AF is due on my bday and if she comes this time im going to be so crushed. Because I've been taking chlomid and eventually ill be on to something else just damaging my body with a bunch of side effects and nothing. Still hoping for a positive 🤞🏽🤞🏽 this month tho. I prayed, I've researched, I've cried 😩😪😑😪😪

When to try

My wife and I are asame sex couple TTC at home insemination with frozen donor sperm. This is the second time we are trying at home. I have seen some varying information about when to start trying based on the fertile window, much of which says to try over a wider span of time than what we can accomplish with the limited supply of donor sperm we can afford. We can try two times in a fertile window. When we tried the first time, two months ago, we baby danced one day after her positive opk and the morning after that. We've been testing with opk's at night so for that first attempt she got a positive at about 10 p.m. and the following evening around 6 p.m. we tried, as well as the next morning. Since we are using frozen sperm that doesn't live as long as fresh I'm wondering if that was too late. I'm thinking maybe this time we should try on the day of the positive opk and the next morning. Her opk was very clearly positive this morning at about 7 a.m. and we could potentially do the baby dance this evening around 6 p.m and again tomorrow morning. I've included a screenshot of her opk's for the last few days and this morning. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

What am i doing wrong?

Someone help me. My gf and i tried iui with a friend and seems like we just cant get it right. This would be our third time trying. We Started chlomid today and have ov kits hoping for good results for my bday and Christmas. Tell me how you guys did yours.

People who hadn’t done as much research as us thought it was impossible to do a home insemination with a known donor, lots of syringes, a little mess and no romance but lots of giggles. It worked!!!!! On our first try! We’re going to be mamas! My wife knocked me up!

Does anyone else feel like stress of trying to have a baby makes you not have a baby but since you're a same-sex couple you can't just "not think about it and have sex" and get accidentally pregnant when you were not even trying?

So my af was sept 7th and I got a positive opk on sept 25. I was only able to do one insemenation on the 24th late that night. So that means I probably didn’t ovulation till 2 days after my pos opk which would been the 27th or 28th right? I’m so annoyed 😒 so I can assume I missed it right?

Rant!!

Nobody to listen to me so I'll talk here. year 4 still no baby constantly trying but not consistent. They say one time that's all well my work schedule is crazy and it doesn't coincide with the donors schedule so we inseminate when we can, which is probably never gonna work. I'm so over the edge and don't wanna give up, I see new babies everyday and they melt my heart. Donors down here will go through all the steps just to give up on you, it kinda sucks. How do I keep myself from being discouraged? What can cure this bad baby fever of mine?

IUI Success ?

My fiance & I will be attending our third appointment on the 12th of this month for another sonogram and consult. We picked out a donor on one of the many sites provided. Im super nervous as to when our 1st IUI procedure will be done. We found out my first appointment i have pcos but my ovaries have a lot of potential, so we’re hoping for success the first try. I am 23 years old and have only dreamed of this moment after trying to conceive naturally for a full year off and on. I finally wanted to just go back to a clinic (the very 1st time we went to a clinic in Arlington, Tx & was told im too fat & too young, i should consider traveling & living my life is what the doctor said). The clinic we choose this time has been amazing and respectful of our ages & i’ve lost 28 pounds since the other clinic we went too so. I guess where im getting at is, anyone else going thru something similar so that my mind could ease a bit? All comments & stories welcome! 😊
