How did you get your girl? are there any old wives tales that worked to get the gender you wished for?

Sneak Peek Test at 13 Weeks

Has anyone done a sneak peek around this time and had accurate results? All I can find online is reviews from 6-8 weeks going wrong but I’m hoping since I’m farther along it will be a much more accurate results. I just did the blood draw today at home and SCRUBBED myself and the surface and even the scissors I used to open the package so fingers crossed lol. I wasn’t able to get NIPT since insurance won’t cover it and my doctors office won’t do my confirmation ultrasound until 22 weeks so even after I get the results there’s still about 9 weeks of waiting for the extra confirmation lol so stressful! My gut is saying boy because this pregnancy is so different from my daughters and the heart rate has been 145-148 at all appointments whereas my daughter was in the 170s-180s so it will be fun to see if my gut is right!
