So all of this has been building for 3 years...I hate my son's biomother...I'm going to break it all down chronologically...

So...she required that in order for me to meet my darling now son...I had to meet her...which I understood and agreed to because I'm also a mom of 3 others and I would like the same courtesy from my ex pertaining to my children...

First meeting...she got crazy drunk and told me...in exact words...that I'm a shit mother because I didn't almost die for any of my children and that she died 3 times giving birth to "her" son...then told me I deserve to be arrested as a pedophile for breastfeeding my children as she views it as a lewd act...yes she later tried to call cps saying that...no they didn't even investigate...she just bragged about it and I was stuck waiting for the knock on my door that ended up never coming...

Some back story on why she had to be revived 3 times giving birth...so she has numerous medical issues...she was on heavy prescription pain killers because of the medical conditions however she was on an excessive dose due to a drug abuse history that raises her tolerance...she refused to go to a doc after gaining 100lbs in a couple months, not having her period, and even having external movement showing on her abdomen...my husband had noticed it and she refused to have it checked...when she entered complete renal failure he forced her to the hospital where they found out she was 23 weeks pregnant...her first words were "when can we get rid of it"...yes..."it"...the docs told her she wouldn't survive an abortion...they managed to keep my son in till 24 weeks when she flatlined...the docs struggled but managed to save both of them...

Now on to my son's troubles at birth...at 24 weeks in NICU he had to be weened off the pain meds using a morphine drip...he had 3 holes in his heart...he survived and only needed 1 open heart surgery that he had at 1 almost 2...

For a year she had my husband believing she had all the rights and that he had none unless either she or a judge gave them to him...I called bs on that...

When it came time for the open heart surgery she told my husband that she would refuse to give consent for the surgery unless we paid her $3000...my husband made sure he had that surgery anyway...

So...we get back from the surgery and she hands him a custody papers...she says her reason is that we got married without her permission and that since it pertains to her child she was going to use the custody judge to force an annulment...the judge laughed at that...

While in custody battle she learned she couldn't touch my husband or keep his son from him...that he was protected by law...however...the law didn't protect me and my children from her harassment...

She called cps on me again...multiple times...she had her aunt who worked in the hr department of tg local hospital run an employer grade background check on me...where she found the police report I filled against my kid's father for sexual assault...she then started going to my friends and giving it to them as proof I was "mentally unstable for allowing my kids around him"...again the law didn't allow me to keep them from him...he was considered a danger to me but not to them...

When all the custody was done...which resulted in 50/50...she continued to harrass my husband and I...she continued to make claims that we couldn't make parenting decisions without her approval...we have on several occasions had to call the lawyer about the agreement...

Now over the course of the last year has given up every holiday...has given up large portions of her alloted time...then tried to dictate what happened on that time...she is argumentative on the conversation about school (he's about to be 4)...saying that we have to get him to the elementary school of her choosing every day and when it's her weeks we have to bring him back to her...that's not in the custody agreement...she has tried to refuse my husband his court ordered holidays...and has been a general bitch....

My son has at 3 almost 4 said he doesn't like her that she is mean and hits him...but she leaves no marks so there is nothing that we can do...he says every week that he doesn't want to ever go back there...I call him my son because I gave him the choice to call me either mom or by my name...he picked mom...I've bonded with him...I've held him after his surgery...held him when he's sick and kissed his boo boos...he is just as much mine as my others...I love them all equally...he has been worth my last several years of hell...
