So very long story.... We (my husband, my son who is nearly 4, my daughter who is nearly 2 and myself, I am also 31 weeks pregnant) live in a row of flats. It's about 8 flats, on top of some shops. All our front doors are at the back of the building and we all share like a patio area if that's what you call it.

Anyway our neighbor who is the neighbor right nextdoor, has two boys (6 and 12), the 6 year old has temper tantrums like I've never seen before and does not listen at all. The mom is a single mother who has a really short temper and goes straight to shouting and then a break down at night basically.

Now I am a very involved parent if my kids are playing outside I will be outside to or if only my son is outside then I'll be checking in on him every few minutes. Just keep in mind the age of my children, anyone has access to our outside space and there are stairs like 4 meters from our front door (if they are outside, my kitchen blinds are always open, window right open and front door wise open).

If there is any crying or arguing I will go out immediately and see what's going on, where the other parents just stay inside...

About 4 weeks ago to the 6 year old was pinching and pulling my son's arm and I told him to stop and that I never want to see that again. I then went straight to him mother and told her that I had to just tell her son, no.

And then 2 weeks ago they were playing outside and my son comes inside to the bathroom and the 6 and 12 year old were whispering outside and then called my son out. I then heard a big splash of water and my son went on screaming, I went out and my son was soaking wet, and the neighbors kids started running when they saw me, so I looked at the 12 year old and asked what was that for, he said nothing, I then asked again in a stern voice what was that for. The mother then comes out and screams at them and takes them inside. Next thing I know she's at my kitchen window saying I need to stop shouting at her kids, and said they are just being boys. So I just said nothing, because I was sooo angry, because she had no idea what had just happened.

The next day my husband was hanging washing outside, the kids were playing outside and she walks outside and says I'm going to be like you now and watch them every second, my husband doesn't say a word,he's hanging the washing, she then comes right up to him and says that my husband doesn't intimidate her. No idea what that was for. She then continued to have a call with someone on loud speaker and saying it's so unacceptable that someone else told her children off, she is the only one that should do it (how can she, if she's never around)

They then went on holiday for two weeks (what a blessing my son's behaviour has been better, no fights or arguments no problems)

This morning my kids go outside and are playing in their playhouse the 6 year old joins in and they all say down in the play house and the 6 year old says to my son clear as day, 'if I show you my willy, can I see yours, show me your willy' and reaches over to my son's shorts (if I stand in the front door way, I can see them but they can't see me) I then went right outside and said no, we don't talk like that.

The 6 year old then says he's going inside now. My son is now asking me the whole time why does his friend want to see his willy...

Today the 6 year old, knocked on the door and runs away at least 20 times. So I wait at the window and he runs away when he sees I'm watching.

He then also removed all of my childrens play chairs from the playhouse for him to play with (my children were inside for lunch and inside play) so I said no and to put it back.

What the hell....am I just loosing my mind over nothing, I have no idea what to do...the neighbor and I haven't spoken since she shouted at me through my kitchen window.

I don't have time for this crap!!!
