Short story, I had just broken up with my ex-boyfriend because he was verbally and emotionally abusing me and my daughter. I met a guy through tinder, obviously not the best place to meet guys. We talked for a month, met in person and within the next three days of hanging out, we had sex. I’m only human, I have needs, we had sex every night for going on two weeks.

Everything was great and there was a really good connection, until we went out into public. We went to a car dealership and he kept getting into cars and reving up the engines and acting like a child and then again acting like a child at hobby lobby. And that’s kind of where everything fizzled.

Then he tried to just stay with me and live in my house with me and “our” kids, calling my kids his. He stayed almost two weeks even with insisting that he needed to leave. I eventually got sick of it and gave him 50$ to get gas instead of plan b as my back up to birth control.

I found out I was pregnant, I told him, he then suggested moving closer to “our” kids and this one or moving in with me. This is when I found out he was pretty homeless and didn’t have a job. No income, the truck was his ex girlfriends, he didn’t own a house or rent or have any kind of shelter. Not to mention when I was in Colorado for a week and then my three days working, he would drive by my house every few houses. One night he got lucky and blocked me in as I was pulling up from a long shift at work. So I then told him it was a chemical pregnancy.

This gave him the chance to get his life right, fast forward to be now being 26 weeks pregnant. I asked him to call me. I told him it wasn’t a chemical pregnancy and tried to have a conversation with him like an adult. He gave my number to his girlfriend of one month who is now accusing me of faking the pregnancy to steal him from her or trap him into a relationship that we aren’t even in. She was rude and demanding things from me and just a bitch. He won’t text me or call me and she won’t quit, I had to call the cops and get her trespassed from my place and now get a no contact order.

When I had asked him to call me, I wasn’t even aware he had a girlfriend or that this is how the situation would pan out. And I most definitely don’t want a relationship with someone who would disrespect me or allow her to disrespect me.

I am just about tired of my baby daddies denying their kids and that they had any part of getting me pregnant when they chose not to wear a condom or pull out. I didn’t use my pill form of birth control right or ask the right questions when I got put on it.

When is the right time or how do you know when it’s time to stop fighting the baby daddies to be involved, when do I stop advocating for my babies to have their daddies. My daughters signed his rights over, my sons is barely cooperating and being active and now this guy is choosing some girl he just met over his child.
