Blood pressure question

My blood pressure is usually 115/75. Give our take a few, but that's my normal reading. I had gestational hypertension with my first child 4 years ago. I am currently 22 weeks and my pressure has been 135/85 all week. Is this a likely indication I will have hypertension again?
