Spit up ... FTM question

My baby has spit up roughly 5-7 times in her past 2 weeks of life ... She was born 3/12...She is nursing and i can obviously never tell how much she is getting but i do produce a lot of milk...we bed share and i nurse her to sleep a lot too.. Any tips to help the spit up situation??

Also, when they spit up, how much longer until I can nurse again?
