Curious as to whether cats can sense pregnancy?

At the beginning of my pregnancy when I found out my cat wouldn't come near me but over the past few weeks he's been all over me. This morning he was laid next to me kneading me. Is it possible for cats or any other animals sensing pregnancy?

I have three cats and one female dog and none of them act differently towards me. Bitches 😒

dogs can tell! before I even found out I was pregnant my dog was already getting very protective , if anybody would walk by my room door he would bark at everybody! & if they tried walking in he would trying biting them lol

Definitely. My cat is a jerk and bites me all the time. For the past couple of weeks he's been coming up and laying with me and he quit biting me when I pet him.

YES! Cats can tell. I'm not sure about dogs but my cat has been really loving to me & I found out a few days ago that I was pg. ❤
