Any pre-eclampsia mommas here?

So I'm not pre-eclampsia but I have some questions. What symptoms did you experience? What were your blood pressures? And when should I worry? ........I'm 38×4 with baby number 3 and never had this happen until Friday, so Friday I started having random sharp headaches with floaters in my vision like my vision would go crazy, then my hands and feet started swelling more than usual not elephant like but enough to were I notice, so I checked my bp and it was 142/87 which is high for me I'm usually 105/50 ish always. So all those symptoms have happened all day everyday this weekend. And every time I check my pressure it has been around the same low 140 /high 80s.....

I work as an ER nurse, so for me that pressure doesn't impress me much, I wouldn't be concerned normally, but i dont know much about pregnacy or labor and delivery as my hospital does not deliver babies and i have no extensive knowledge or experience in the area.... i don't want to be that annoying patient that calls in for silly questions on weekends or after hours all the time but I'm kinda worried I guess....especially when I should know the answers to my own questions ....I've been calling a lot lately and sometimes they make me feel dumb for asking.
