Foot pain? Bruised feeling?

FTM here. Any of you ladies having a very bruised feeling on the soles of your feel? I woke up one morning and could barely walk without limping. They feel like huge stone bruises that cover the ball and arch of my foot sole.

Its most probably the plantar fascia ligment in your foot which attaches at your heel and at every metatarsal head.  Ligaments become weaker in pregnancy and coupled with leg cramps can cause these symptoms.  A good supportive pair of shoes like runners and daily calf stretches should ease it.

Yep. Dealing with this exactly. I'm 35+3. Feels like the bones are bruised on the balls of my feet. Can only find relief with slippers or good shoes on.

Yes had that for two days and couldn't walk. Felt like i was walking on hard stones and pain was intense. Finally felt better with better shoes.

Doctor said its from swelling and your skin stretching.
