Leg cramps anyone??

I'm starting to be miserable with leg cramps throughout the day. I even woke up last night with the worse leg cramps I think I've ever had! Please tell me how to make it stop!?

Drink as much water as you possibly can. Drink it when you're not thirsty. Drink it when you wake up, drink it before you go to bed. You'll have to pee a lot more, but a small price to pay to be hydrated and avoid the leg cramps- those are so much more brutal.

I've been getting them at night....wake up and my legs are cramping...I point my toes upward and it stops. I've been eating more bananas because I've heard that helps...also maybe lacking some certain vitamins.  I've heard doing some leg stretches helps...hands on the wall, back feet up and do a few wall push ups to stretch the leg muscles.

There's an article on this app about that, they say sodium(salt) helps as well as a little bit of Gatorade before bed, I suffer from them too and elevating my legs as often as I can helps according to my masseuse

Very simple. . All you need to do is take a magnesium/calcium supplement .. it will be gone very quick. I promise!!! 
I've dealt with leg cramps for years ..worse with pregnancy but as long as I remember to take the magnesium it's fine. .. make sure your magnesium also has calcium as it helps in absorption .
Last pregnancy I confirmed with doctor that this was fine to take.

Pickle juice!!!! I just had one last night too! My first ever and I jumped up and yelled "ow!" And it scared the shit out of my husband! lol but I've been told in addition to drinking water also try pickle juice when you have a leg cramp and it should offer immediate relief.

Magnesium and lots of water!
I've been taking 200-400 mg before bed and it's helped. Magnesium can also help with restless leg, constipation, and insomnia so it's a good one to take at night. My midwife suggested it and after a bad couple nights of cramping, I finally bought some.

I'm having awful ones at night too! It jolts me out of bed in the middle of the night!! I eat bananas almost every day, drink tons of water, OJ and milk everyday. I also workout/walk 3 times a week so I'm not sure how to stop them! This has been my only pregnancy symptom though so I feel like i can't complain!
