Hives during pregnancy?

So I had them once during my first trimester and now I'm getting them right now at 27wks. Kinda worry cus I usually don't get them and they're basically spreading all over my body. Was gonna call a 24/7 nurse practitioner. I live about an hour from a hospital so I can't rush to the doctors... Anyone else experiencing this?

Try taking benadryl and if that doesn't help call or go in !

I get them on my belly sometimes. My doctor said it's usually heat rash and means you need to cool down don't stress and drink some water. Cortizone cream helps. Good news is it can't harm baby!
