Is it true that doing squats during pregnancy can helph you go in labor naturally faster ? if anyone knows a story please share !!! Im 38 weeks pregnant and i cant take this anymore

Do squat walks!! Fucking killer on the legs, but WORK. Do them, then rock back n forth on all fours, then do more squat walks.

My physical therapist said shallow squats are ok but once you start doing deep squats (like way down to the floor) it can actually cause placental tearing in some women so she advises against them all together

I've heard they work. But you gotta like BUST YOUR ASS when doing them. Not just a regular workout.  Like nonstop. I have stairs so maybe that'll be my way and yoga ball wall squats and cleaning the cars and lots of walking. Good luck!!!

They have certainly caused me to have contractions but the contractions haven't lasted more than an hour. I'm 40+3 now and wish something would work!
