Labor or ?

I've been having some vey bad back pain during the contractions I've been having. My contractions don't seem to be as frequent as I've been told to look for. They hurt pretty badly but they always last 15-20 seconds accompanied by this terrible back pain. I'm a first time mom so idk when i should actually leave for the hospital

You could be in early Labour which can come and go or last for days. Try to ignore it until they get too painful to talk through and regular (every 5 minutes lasting a minute to begin with) xx
