Sharp pain in left side

I'm 5 weeks 3 days pregnant (yay!) since about 4 weeks I get these sharp like twinges in my left side. I notice it on my right side occasionally just not as often. This is my first pregnancy and I'm terrified of all the possible things that could be wrong. Ectopic is the first thing that comes to mind. I have read it could be round ligament but kind of feel it may be early for that from what I've read online. Anyone else experience this and have a healthy pregnancy? I'm just noticing it more this morning than I have in the last week so I'm worried 🙁
