Can I eat Brie cheese if it's cooked?

I want to make my delicious Mac and cheese. I use Brie for it. I was wondering if I'm allowed to eat it because it's cooked on a stove top and then baked in the oven.

Any soft cheese that's made with raw milk/not pasteurized is what you have to watch out for.  As long as it's pasteurized it's ok to eat cold or hot.  Check the ingredients.
